Sunday December 8th

These daylong yoga, meditation and nature immersion retreats are for deep rejuvenation and reconnection: to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural world. When we embrace this moment with wonder, awe, curiosity, tenderness, kindness and care, our hearts expand and soften and we feel more alive. We will remember the joy and fulfilment of doing just one thing at any one time: wholeheartedly and lovingly present with whatever is emerging, alive to life in all its expressions.
As we practise yoga and meditation, we are with the body as it strengthens and stretches, with the breath as it relaxes and expands.
As we walk through the ancient woodland, we commune with the glory of nature.
As we eat delicious homemade food, we taste and appreciate it fully.
As we swim in the secluded woodland lake, we are alive with the aliveness of water.
As we relax in the sauna, we surrender to the deep warmth of fire.
As we connect to each other around the fire pit, we are warm heartedly present with the beauty of community.
As we walk back through the woodland we feel this aliveness travel with us.
And as we practise restorative or yin yoga and meditation to end the day, we invite the heart to expand and soften.
As well as yoga and meditation instructions from me, you will be guided and supported by the experienced staff at the lake with cold water immersion to help you discover its enormous benefits and the surprising joyfulness and aliveness which results! Be prepared to leave your preconceptions at home and open to something new!
The retreats are limited to 22 people to allow for a strong sense of community and will take place in the stunning Wasing Estate

Your place is confirmed on receipt of payment of £80. This covers food and facilities at Wasing only (see below for my teaching) and is non-refundable. A bursary place is available on request.
As with all my work, these retreats are offered on a dana basis. Payment for my teaching is made at the end of the day as a practice of giving and receiving with gratitude, respect and love.
Testimonials
"It was my first time swimming in cold water and I can feel cold quite easily so I wasn’t overly excited to try it, but I have to say I felt so amazing afterwards that I will definitely do it again! My whole body was so fresh, alive and light: reinvigorated as rarely happens in our fast-paced modern lifestyle. What I loved the most: my whole nervous system seemed to have been reset and I spent the next few days deeply calm and serene." - Gaelle
"What a wonderful day! Thank you. I'm feeling truly reconnected and rejuvenated, more so than other retreat days. I think the silence all morning was key for me." ~ Claire
"It was a really extraordinary day yesterday - combining the beauty of your teaching with the beauty of the surroundings." ~ Maxine
"I'd like to say an enormous heart felt thank you. The day was exactly what I needed and I was so glad I managed to break out of my cocoon and join you. It came at exactly the right time. You’ve found a lovely spot in Wasing to hold retreats and it was organised really well. As always your teachings were beautiful and spoke directly to my heart." ~ Dorcas
"What a wonderful day at a magical place! So lovely to watch us all opening up to the experience of cold water swimming in different ways, at our different paces. Thank you for holding it so wisely and beautifully." ~ Katie
"Thank you for an amazing restorative day. I really appreciated it and your lovely guidance. It was very special." ~ Ariana
