Yoga, Meditation,
Wild Swimming & Sauna
Wasing Estate, near Reading
November 22nd
9.30am - 6pm

These daylong yoga, meditation and nature immersion retreats are for deep rejuvenation and reconnection, waking up to life’s inherent aliveness.
Practising yoga and meditation, we enliven the body and settle the mind to witness the aliveness within us.
Walking slowly and silently through ancient woodland, we wake up our senses to the aliveness of nature all around us.
Swimming in the secluded woodland lake, we become vibrantly awake to the aliveness of water.
Relaxing in the sauna, we surrender to the deep warmth of fire.
Eating delicious homemade food in the company of beautiful friends, we appreciate life’s blessings.
Walking back through the woodland, we feel these blessings travel with us.
And practising restorative yoga and meditation to end the day, we invite the gifts of aliveness to return with us into everyday life.
As well as yoga and meditation instructions from me, you will be guided and supported by the experienced staff at the lake with cold water immersion to help you discover its enormous benefitsand joyfulness! Be prepared to leave your preconceptions at home and open to something new!
This day retreat is a gentle yet empowering way to align and enliven the body, quieten the mind and open the heart to the beauty of life.

Testimonials
Gaelle
It was my first time swimming in cold water and I can feel cold quite easily so I wasn’t overly excited to try it, but I have to say I felt so amazing afterwards that I will definitely do it again! My whole body was so fresh, alive and light: reinvigorated as rarely happens in our fast-paced modern lifestyle. What I loved the most: my whole nervous system seemed to have been reset and I spent the next few days deeply calm and serene.

I'd like to say an enormous heart felt thank you. The day was exactly what I needed and I was so glad I managed to break out of my cocoon and join you. It came at exactly the right time. You’ve found a lovely spot in Wasing to hold retreats and it was organised really well. As always your teachings were beautiful and spoke directly to my heart.
Claire
What a wonderful day! Thank you. I'm feeling truly reconnected and rejuvenated, more so than other retreat days. I think the silence all morning was key for me.
Katie
What a wonderful day at a magical place! So lovely to watch us all opening up to the experience of cold water swimming in different ways, at our different paces. Thank you for holding it so wisely and beautifully
Maxine
